South Tampa Bay area law firm seeks Associate Attorney with three to seven or more years of Health Care Law attorney experience, as well as business transactions law. The ideal candidate will have a significant background in working on health care transactions, compliance, and regulatory matters. Candidate must have recently practiced healthcare law within a law firm environment in Florida, and have a current Florida Bar license.

Responsibilities - Health Care Associate Attorney

• Produce quality legal services relating to Health Care transactional, business, and compliance matters with a focus related to self-referral, anti-kickback, privacy, and other applicable laws.
• Draft documents related to mergers and acquisitions including purchase and sale agreements.
• Write entity governing documents such as shareholders, operating, and partnership agreements
• Foster successful relationships with clients and potential clients
• Participate in marketing marketing initiatives and events.

• Florida Bar license
• May consider candidates pursuing a Florida Bar license if already in progress and expected within the current year
• 3+ years' experience as a Health Care Law Attorney
• Previous AmLaw 100 or 200 experience required
• Strong academic background
