You’ll help provide legal support for all our products and businesses across the globe. Together with your team, you’ll provide the critical support needed worldwide for all Apple products and businesses.

Apple is looking for an Attorney to join Apple’s Legal Department to support Apple Pay.


Primary responsibilities include advising Apple’s management team on a wide range of issues related to mobile wallets. Responsibilities will include advising on (a) the legal aspects of Apple’s relationships with third parties in the financial services industry, (b) the regulations that apply to banks and participants in the credit card and debit card industry, and © the expansion of Apple Pay.



Key Qualifications:
•5+ years of relevant payments experience.
•Must have a deep understanding of the laws and regulations related to the use of credit cards, debit cards, pre-paid cards, and other e-money instruments.
•Significant experience in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, with strong intellectual property law and technology transactions background preferred.
•Experience interacting with state and federal financial regulatory agencies in the U.S.
•Strong client relationship skills
•Collaboration skills essential


JD or equivalent from a top-tier law school and excellent academic credentials.
