If you are interested, you must be a partner at your current firm with a minimum portable book of business of $750K-$1M.
If you are looking to bring a group with you, the book needs to be large enough to warrant that move and cover all of the attorneys in the group.
Partners will be considered outside these parameters on a one-off basis, with good reason.
