Our Debt Finance and Real Estate practice includes representing REITs and other real estate developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, financing, sale-leaseback, development and leasing of a wide variety of commercial real estate projects. We also represent both borrowers and lenders in commercial loan transactions.

Our Memphis office is seeking an associate attorney with transactional experience in commercial real estate and finance. A strong academic record and two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience are required. The firm utilizes a hybrid-work model for all attorneys. Attorneys are encouraged to autonomously determine their in-office versus remote-work schedules while being responsive to client and firm needs as determined by their supervising partners.
