• Juris Doctorate Degree.
• 2 to 5 years of legal experience.
• Admitted to a State Bar.
• Willingness to take Montana Bar exam, if necessary.
• Litigation, arbitration and mediation experience.
• Experience with discovery and motions practice. 
• Experience with labor, employment and federal contracting law.
• Knowledge of construction and insurance coverage law.
• Flexibility to handle a diversity of matters.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Team player who works well with others.
