Since 2005, our Healthcare Practice Group has represented healthcare clients in transactions with a combined value in excess of $90 billion. Our Healthcare Practice Group is seeking multiple mid-level associates for our Nashville or Washington, DC offices with four (4) to seven (7) years of healthcare transactional experience. Attorneys with mergers and acquisitions experience within the healthcare industry and with a demonstrated interest in healthcare will be considered. Due to the highly competitive nature of our healthcare practice, attorneys with top academic credentials are preferred. The firm utilizes a hybrid-work model for all attorneys. Attorneys are encouraged to autonomously determine their in-office versus remote-work schedules while being responsive to client and firm needs as determined by their supervising partners. As we look forward to expanding our practice even further, we seek attorneys who can meet the challenge of developing our firm's community through a team-oriented approach.

Depending on the needs of our practice areas, we are able to offer several options to attorneys joining from outside of our firm: lateral moves, reduced work schedules and staff or contract positions.
