Our Practice.

Our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group is an interdisciplinary team of more than 90 attorneys from a multitude of legal backgrounds. Our litigation attorneys assist clients in a variety of areas, including corporate and securities, government investigations, healthcare, financial services and commercial litigation. The attorneys in this practice regularly represent a broad range of Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies as well as local and regional businesses in significant litigation and disputes throughout the country. We are seeking highly qualified junior litigation associates for our Nashville office. Targeted years of experience ranges from current third-year law school students to two years. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as excellent academic credentials and prior summer internship experience.
