GENERAL PURPOSE The ideal candidate will be technically adept with motivation to planning and preparing for events that may impact the operation of the firm and safety of its personnel. As a Business Continuity Analyst, you will enjoy working with all practice groups and departments in the firm identifying and analyzing complex integrated processes with the goal of developing operational resiliency through awareness, development of plans, exercises, and training. Your communication and leadership skills, combined with your understanding and managing of risks will enable the understanding and implementation of processes to advise and help lead the firm through impactful events. The innovative projects will enhance protection, security, and operations for both internal and client support. SPECIFIC SKILLS PREFERRED Three to five years of business continuity, technology, risk management or security experience using a variety of software tools such as Fusion Risk Management or Salesforce preferred. You thrive in a collaborative environment bringing an integrative approach to planning and solutions and have a track record of efficient coordination and implementation of plans and processes. Must be willing to hold a security clearance and it is preferred if you already have a security clearance. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree or significantly relevant and substantial work experience. Strong product/industry knowledge desired. This position may be filled in Denver and in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the compensation range in Denver for this position is $74,720 to $112,550, depending on qualifications and experience. Perkins Coie may provide a discretionary bonus annually and information regarding benefits can be found here.
