Business Immigration Paralegal

This is a great opportunity to work with attorneys and other paralegals in our collegial, fast-paced U.S. business immigration law practice composed primarily of corporate clientele. Candidates should be proficient and able to perform the following tasks with limited supervision:

• Assist attorney with preparation of all types of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, PERM and EB-1 petitions.
• Proficiency in all Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must have at least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role

The position also requires: excellent organizational, client service, communication, time management, and technological skills; effective judgment managing information; the ability to manage and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment; flexibility to work overtime, as deadlines require; the ability to multitask while adapting to changes in priorities; and the ability to adapt to changes in technology and process.
