Perkins Coie is seeking a lateral litigation associate for the Portland office with outstanding credentials and four to five years of experience in complex business litigation. Experience may include a judicial clerkship, which is encouraged. Successful candidates will have excellent academic credentials, superb written and oral advocacy skills, experience managing large and sophisticated litigation matters, including experience supervising voluminous document productions, and excellent references. The commercial litigation practice consists of the representation of a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues.
