Cozen O’Connor’s Washington, D.C. office seeks a construction law associate with a minimum of three years of experience.  The ideal candidate will have experience counseling and representing project owners, contractors, subcontractors and/or design professionals.   The Firm seeks candidates that are experienced with construction contracts, project management, and development of potential claims.  The Construction Group has active matters in arbitration and litigation in various state and federal courts.  The successful candidate will assist on substantial matters and take lead responsibilities of smaller cases.  Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.  Government contracts experience preferred.
