The Boise office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a practice attorney to support its nationally recognized construction law practice. To be considered, candidates must have at least three years of construction law or similar equivalent experience. The groups core practice areas are contract drafting and negotiation, counseling, and dispute resolution. Experience in preparing and negotiating construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements is beneficial, as the position will also include transactional work. Successful candidates should also have experience litigating various types of construction disputes, which may include delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, and breach of contract claims. Excellent academic credentials, strong references and superb written and oral communication skills are required. Admission in Idaho is also required. This is a non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement.
