Office is growing so this partner MUST have a portable book of business >$1.5M
Must be a partner at your current firm to apply.
Experience representing public and private clients of all sizes in '33/'34 Act reporting, proxy, corporate governance, hedge funds, VCs, private equity, and more is preferred.
Must be a partner at your current firm

MUST be admitted to practice in NYS
A portable book of business greater than $1.5M is required.
