Duane Morris LLP has an opening to add an associate with 3-5 years of experience with strong capital markets and corporate transactional background. It is essential that the candidate has amassed a thorough knowledge of the Securities Act, the Securities Exchange Act, preparation and filing of periodic reports, and public and private securities offerings. Experience with IPOs and alternatives thereto including Regulation A+ offerings, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions and at the market (ATM) offerings is preferred. Candidate must have strong drafting and negotiating skills, a desire for client contact and aptitude for doing deals. A strong academic background is required as well as meaningful law firm experience on sophisticated transactional matters.
