Multiple Big Law firms are seeking mid level associates (m&a/PE) to join their suddenly VERY busy corp/m&a/PE practices in NYC!
Must come with a min 3+ yrs of prior m&a experience (domestic or international).
Minimum of 3 yrs of prior law experience (domestic or international) in m&a/private equity is required!
Must be ready to hit the ground running.
These are hybrid work environments with 3 days in the office required. In office attendance required in the NY offices.
