As the majority of the lawyers are all from Big Law, they prefer a Big Law associate who has a minimum of 3-4 years of corporate securities/capital markets experience.
Prefer someone with experience in markets, public facing products, broker/dealer platforms, cryptocurrency, OTC products and SEC filing requirements.
Must have a strong interest in cryptocurrency.
Compensation will include base and equity and cryptocurrency.
