Sacramento office of our client seeks environmental, energy and land use associate attorney with 6-8 years of experience. The candidate will have performed all aspects of legal advocacy in a case - from the beginning of the administrative process through the end of litigation. Must have experience managing a litigation docket effectively and the ability to supervise other attorneys. Must have substantive experience practicing land use and environmental law, including CEQA and California Planning and Zoning Law. Experience practicing energy and utility law and experience practicing before the California Public Utilities Commission is desirable.
