The associate’s practice will focus on environmental and natural resource issues, including compliance counseling, permitting, project development in the mining, forest products, and renewable energy fields, activities on public and private lands, transactional work (e.g. mineral estates, royalties, and due diligence), regulatory enforcement, and litigation.  Excellent academic credentials are required.  Candidates should have outstanding written and oral communication skills, the ability to work well in a team environment, a commitment to client service, and a strong work ethic.
