Perkins Coie LLP seeks an attorney to join our Executive Compensation practice group in our Washington DC, Seattle, NYC or Bay Area offices. Candidates must have five or more years of the tax, securities, corporate and employment law experience necessary to handle equity and cash compensation arrangements for private and public companies, including meaningful experience in mergers & acquisitions. Additionally, candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills and a demonstrated commitment to working as an executive compensation attorney. Prior experience in a large law firm setting and working with venture backed companies is preferred.
