Government & Internal Investigations Attorney:

Harter Secrest & Emery LLP is seeking an attorney to join the Government & Internal Investigations Group in either the firm’s Buffalo or Rochester, NY office. 

Qualified candidates should have 5 or more years’ experience handling civil, regulatory, criminal, or internal investigations at the federal or state level. Investigative experience may include internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, SEC defense, or False Claims Act litigation.
