The candidate will be representing lenders with their lending transactions, alternative investment vehicles with their debt and equity investments, and private equity fund investors with their control and growth equity investments. Will be working across the capital structure and represent both equity and debt investors, as well as representing portfolio companies in their acquisition, sell-side and financing activities.
