McCarter & English, LLP is actively seeking a patent associate for its office located in Newark, NJ. Candidates should have superior academic credentials and 1-3 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical or mechanical arts.
In addition to admission to the New Jersey State bar, candidates should ideally be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ideal candidates will have excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills and patent prosecution experience.
