Hogan Lovells US LLP seeks a staff attorney with significant experience in Trademark Prosecution to join our Intellectual Property, Media and Technology practice in our Louisville offices, although remote working may be an option.  Anticipated job responsibilities to include client reporting and reminder letters regarding Trademark Office actions and deadlines; review and/or preparation of trademark applications, declarations of use/incontestability, extensions of time; review and/or preparation of responses to routine trademark office actions; review and/or reporting of trademark search results; and the like.    At least 3 years experience in Trademark Prosecution and ability to supervise and work with paralegals required.  This is a non-partnership track position.  For information on Hogan Lovells’ Intellectual Property practice, please visit http://www.hoganlovells.com/ip/.
