Top ranked mid-sized Midwestern law firm with multiple offices seeks to add a jr-midlevel corp associate to the Cleveland office. (1-3 yrs experience). Prior experience at another mid-sized law firm or Big law required.
This Department provides creative and effective personal, financial, charitable, and tax planning to individual clients, closely-held family companies, foundations, and charities.
Associates here get exposure and training in all sorts of corporate transactions and agreements.
This is a partnership track position.
This position can be in-office/hybrid/remote.
hands-on, face-to-face exposure and experience with clients. Definitely partnership potential in this team!
Compensation is top dollar for mid-sized Midwestern law firms.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:
TOP academics and 1-3 years (classes of 2020-2022) of BIG LAW/MID-SIZED LAW FIRM experience drafting contracts or other types of commercial agreements, a variety of transactions, and be smart and willing to learn new things.
MUST BE ADMITTED TO OHIO BAR (or scheduled to waive in or sit for the next scheduled exam)
WILL ALSO CONSIDER CANDIDATES MOVING TO OHIO
MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER TO APPLY
