Cozen O’Connor is looking for a commercial litigation associate with at least three years of experience to join the Philadelphia office. The candidate would be assisting with cases that address sophisticated insurance and financial services issues, as well as other commercial litigation issues including software matters, in federal and state courts all across the country. Candidates will ideally have experience with general commercial litigation issues, but strong writing, analysis, and advocacy skills are most important.
