The candidate will serve in the management of litigation cases from start to finish, depositions, court appearances, client communications, and working closely with other attorneys and staff. Should have experience in commercial litigation, mortgage lending and servicing, real estate, bankruptcy, or consumer finance. Additional Bar admissions in neighboring states are also a plus. Must have experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery.
