Very busy mid-size firm's litigation practice is SO busy it needs to add TWO additional mid-level litigation associates, one a 4th year and one a 6th year.
The Firm’s litigation practice focuses on sophisticated commercial litigation and, in particular, corporate and securities matters, contests for corporate control, shareholder disputes and broker-dealer disputes.
At this firm you will get immediate and important responsible experience. Work directly with partners
Must have prior or current experience in the litigation dept of a top big law firm or elite litigation boutique
Must have 4+ yrs or 6+ yrs of sophisticated commercial litigation experience at a Big Law firm or elite litigation boutique for immediate hire
Court experience and experience taking and defending depositions a plus
Knowledge of securities regulation and enforcement a plus
Clerkship experience is a plus
Admission in NY required!
