Klarquist, a mid-size law firm focusing exclusively on Intellectual Property law, is actively seeking lateral patent prosecution associates and patent agents with strong expertise in organic chemistry (an M.S. or Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or similar discipline is required).  Experience in design and synthesis of pharmaceuticals preferred.  Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and preferably at least 2–4 years of experience prosecuting patent applications for chemistry related matters.
