The Chicago office of Perkins Coie is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of Biotechnical patent prosecution experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the large and/or small molecule technology space, and an advanced degree in a Biotechnical discipline. The position will entail U.S. and foreign patent office practice as well as opinion work, due diligence, licensing and client counseling on a variety of small molecule and biologics projects. Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and the State Bar of the office for which they're applying.
