Candidates are required to have a degree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, and/or similar degrees, as well as strong academic credentials and excellent references. We are seeking candidates who are interested in becoming patent agents. From day one, patent agents are introduced to cutting-edge technology and begin the development of their legal skills. More specifically, patent agents are tasked with working side-by-side with attorneys and other legal personnel to draft and prosecute patent applications before the United State Patent and Trademark Office.
