Excellent academic credentials, including graduation from a top-tier law school and law review or journal experience, and clerkship experience, are required. The position offers a rare opportunity to litigate a wide range of political law issues including voting rights, campaign finance, issues arising out of the elections process, as well as general matters involving political actors.
