Privacy & Data Security Attorney:

Harter Secrest & Emery LLP is seeking a Privacy & Data Security attorney to join the Rochester or Buffalo office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of Privacy and Data Security experience in a law firm setting. 

Preferred qualifications include certifications in CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, and/or CIPT, as well as commercial or governmental litigation experience. Qualified candidates must have excellent writing skills, the ability to work independently, and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability.
