Cozen O’Connor is looking for a mid-level associate to join the Real Estate practice group in any of the following offices: Philadelphia, New York, Washington, D.C, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh or Santa Monica.  Ideal candidates will have experience working with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and sale of real estate.  Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is desired but not required.  Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials, together with ability to work in a collaborative environment, are required.  Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of real estate experience.  Admission to respective state bar required.
