Windels Marx is seeking a Real Estate Joint Venture Counsel with 12+ years of experience in joint venture work with an emphasis on drafting real estate operating agreements on behalf of Sponsors or Investors in real estate acquisition or development deals. Good working knowledge of real estate collateral is required. Base salary will be uniquely dependent upon actual experience, but likely in the $220,000-250,000 range.
