Our attorneys work in all industry sectors- including healthcare, retail, financial services, and information brokerage- on data management, data security and privacy matters, including proactive data security and privacy strategic planning, national and global privacy and security program design and implementation, breach preparation and cybersecurity risk management,. We provide practical advice to clients on how they can collect, use, and share data while complying with the ever-changing privacy laws and regulations, including: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); EU ePrivacy Directive; Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA); China’s Cybersecurity Law; Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA); and the credit card industry’s PCI Standards.

Candidate must be well-versed in a variety of privacy and information security-related matters. The ideal candidate will have significant healthcare-industry experience.
