Top-ranked 250 attorney mid-sized NY law firm seeks Sr Associate/Counsel/Income Partner to join vibrant Securities team of US Corporate practice.
Securities team members represent emerging companies, mature private companies and public companies, with a deep focus on securities matters for each.
Attorneys here get hands-on, face-to-face exposure and experience with clients.

Compensation is ~80% of big law money and you are required to be in the office Tues, Wed & Thurs.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:
TOP academics and a min of 7 years (class of 2015) of
'33/'34 Act compliance & securities work and have significant experience with a variety of securities and corporate governance matters (including deep experience with periodic reporting, proxy issues, registered offerings, Rule 144, private offering exemptions, Section 13 and Section 16 issues, exchange listing requirements, debt and equity financings, Rule 144A deals, and familiarity with executive compensation and ESG matters).
Experience supporting the securities and transactional aspects of Chapter 11 (including Section 1145) and out-of-court workout matters a PLUS
Must be comfortable working directly with clients and managing substantial components of a broad range of corporate and transactional matters simultaneously.
