Top mid-sized law firm seeks senior securities assoc/Counsel for the NY office to serve as a rainmaker's No. 2.
Rainmaker's practice focuses on securities aspects of representation of emerging companies, mature private companies and public companies, with a focus on middle market transactions.
Must be able to hit the ground running on day one!
Prior Big Law or AMLAW 200 experience pref'd.
Prior experience at Big Law or AMLAW 200 law firm is strongly pref'd.
Must be able to lead ’34/'34 Act work and have significant experience with the full variety of securities and corporate governance matters.
Preference is for candidates from the Class years of 2016 or earlier.
