The candidate will provide support on business transaction and the firms personal tax planning practice. Complex knowledge of tax law/code is required. Louisiana State Bar admission is required. A CPA license and an LL.M. in Taxation is highly preferred.Additional Skills: The candidate must have a J.D. degree.
