GENERAL PURPOSE The Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely timekeeping practices for our employees. The position ensures employees and managers know their responsibilities related to timekeeping, provide training where needed, and identify/resolve punch errors. In addition, this position will ensure an efficient operation of employee data processing, including standers of compliance, SOX compliance, data integrity, and interfaces with third-party systems in a high volume, fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS These essential functions are primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation. Communicate with necessary parties and stakeholders (e.g., employees, HRIS, IT, managers, etc.) to handle correction of time tracking errors in a timely manner. Manage and maintain Workday time period and absence schedules for every country based on the countrys pay frequency (i.e., semi-monthly, monthly, annually, or Adhoc as needed). Run Workday Time Sheet audit report to validate that there are no exceptions (for example, workers with multiple schedules, workers with multiple holiday calendars, workers with missing time blocks, etc.) and take corrective action where applicable or escalate to appropriate stakeholders for resolution. Run Workday time sheet Mass Submit Time & Mass Approve Time processes. Work with Workday HRIS and ADP IT Teams to ensure ADP/Workday Activity code mapping is maintained and up to date. Manage requests for the creation of new activity codes when needed for time-off and leaves in relation to Workday/ADP Timesheet. Run periodic Workday reports to determine negative time-off balances and follow established escalation procedures for resolution. Override time-off balances as instructed by HR/Payroll functional leaders and confirm balances are accurately reflected based on the period correction date. Maintain audit trail for all actions taken in Workday/ADP concerning override transactions. Act as a problem solver, strategizing with the needs of the cross-functional teams and supporting their requirements to solve issues and improve business processes related to time tracking and absence. Consult with HRIS on a variety of data integrity issues and business practices utilizing Workday best practices. Keep abreast of regulatory changes affecting time-tracking and absence. Communicate these changes to appropriate stakeholders for assessment and determination of implementation path. Work with HRIS on testing and implementing of all future functionality affecting Workday time-tracking and absence in the Workday bi-annual releases. Run ADP/Workday quarterly reconciliation report and resolve applicable exceptions Perform other duties as assigned. Be present at work during regularly scheduled working hours and as needed in the position, consistent with the Firms attendance expectations. SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED Ability to interpret and understand statutory and company leave and time-off regulations/policies and translate them into applicable system requirements. Working knowledge of ADP/Workday Time Tracking and Absence system functionality, including but not limited to the system configuration (e.g., timesheets, time entry templates, work period schedules, etc.) in support of the maintenance and upkeep of both systems. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members (HRIS, HR, Payroll, & IT) to define requirements expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction. Possess intermediate/advanced level Excel skills. Possess knowledge of automated time tracking and absence technology a plus (e.g., Kronos, Replicon, ADP E-time, etc.). Good verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment across time zones would be advantageous. Must be organized and adaptable to crucial time frames and deadlines. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in business, accounting, payroll, or human resources related field or equivalent combination of training and work experience preferred. Five years of relevant experience required.
