Saint Louis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a toxic tort associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will research, analyze, and interpret law sources such as statutes, rules and regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions. Will independently manage a litigation caseload and work cases from beginning to end. Monitor routine case files to ensure deadlines are maintained. Investigate facts and legal matters to determine causes of action. Assist with document review. Will also conduct depositions. Attend court hearings in several different counties and courthouses. Deposition experience is preferred. Must be in good standing with the Missouri Bar. A dual license in Illinois would be preferred.Additional Skills: The candidate must have strong writing skills. Strong research and analytical skills are required.
